Tokyo, Sept. 6 (Jiji Press)--The Shizuoka, Aomori, Nara, Shiga, Yamanashi, Saitama and Osaka prefectural chapters of Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party each decided Saturday to send a written request for an early party presidential election.
